If you know me, you know I was strictly a Sega Master System II kid growing up. Alex Kidd was my entire world for a hot minute! Let’s get ready to pop this box open. Honestly, it is so easy to slide the tape off the side with no scissors required. The packaging itself is just so incredibly cute! Inside the box, you get the essential leaflets, the operations manual, a high-speed HDMI cable, and a USB power cable.
The console features delightful micro-details like a functional power switch and reset button, alongside a hidden front flap for the controller ports.
The Controllers and Regional Quirks
It comes with two authentic wired controllers, though extension leads help with the short cords. The European and Japanese curvy design stands out compared to the North American version.
21 Legendary Games on Replay
Pre-loaded with 21 titles, including Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario World, securing the console after finding a lucky stock stack at GAME made the retro weekend complete.
