Browsing my Facebook newsfeed, one of my friends uploaded this photo of what is being called the iPotty. Digging diaper ahem deeper, the iPotty was revealed at CES in Las Vegas this week
It’s presumably so babies can go potty and read their emails at the same time on their iPad. There are no words, but absolutely ridiculous! I mean what is the world coming to?
Lois Eiler from CTA Digital explains, “When you are potty training you have to keep them busy. This keeps them engaged and gives them rewards for the right kind of behavior.”

It was only earlier today I was discussing technology with E and how I got my very own television in my bedroom at the age of 16, which I felt very privileged to own and that was only because we had one main TV downstairs for the whole (large family).
Kids nowadays (did I really just say that) have tvs in their bedrooms from such an early age, consoles, Nintendo DS, but hold the phone…. now tablets? And not only that, there is a toilet attachment for them?
By the way, I’m against electrical stuff in my bedroom (except for my laptop) I refuse to have a TV in there, what’s the point?
Rant over! What do you think about the iPotty? Ridiculous or a poop step into the future? For $39.99 (about £25) you can get one for your small human.
