This 12 minute bedtime Yoga with Adriene is ideal for winding down after a long day. Get comfy and find what feels good with Adriene and Benji the dog in this relaxing yoga session. Just 12 minutes can make a huge difference to your quality of sleep, getting rid of any thoughts that don’t serve you before you rest your body for the evening.

Try your best not to have any screen time or play any video games after this session to really feel the benefit especially if you have been feeling anxious or worked up. (I made this mistake by going on Twitter late at night and undid all my work). Allow this practice to guide you to a relaxed state and sweet dreams.
