I panic when I am away on holiday that I can’t get to my sites and blogs, I really don’t know what I would do if I was stuck on a desert island.

As you probably know already I can’t drive, but that doesn’t mean that I cannot appreciate cute sporty cars. Especially those with rear spoilers on them!

There are quite a few of them nearby where I live, dashing to and from the beach with music blaring, looking very cool. I didn’t realize that rear spoilers had a function other than looking cool. They are actually an aerodynamical feature which allows the air to pass through and increase efficiency!

I am so excited, only 3 days until the Nintendo Wii Fit goes on sale, in Europe that is. Bad news for U.S.A where the release date appears to be May. I find this strange but comforting at the same time, it does seem that Europe get everything last sometimes when it comes to technology.

Here in Spain the Wii Fit is expected to retail between 80-90euros, which if it is as amazing as the promos say will be a great investment. Think of all the money people waste each year on gym membership, what about those who are embarrassed to go to the gym or blatantly can’t be bothered? Well having the Wii Fit in your home will mean you can discreetly get fit or get the whole family involved.

Some features that I’m looking forward to are the step aerobics, hula hooping and the running. A guy called Josh over at WiiFolder.com has made some fantastic videos demonstrating loads of the different games and exercises available.
